Cancellation Policy
If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time or if you fail to show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service you booked.
First-time clients who cancel within 48 hours or no-show will be forbidden from rebooking in addition to being charged 100% of the service you booked.
Anyone who excessively cancels appointments may also be forbidden from rebooking.
Exceptions, of course, will be made for unforeseen circumstances and clients for whom missing an appointment is an anomaly.
